La Selva Premium Hotel

They accommodated to our needs so well and staff were so beautiful. We were always said hello to, and the door was always opened for us when we approached. It was definitely worth paying a little bit extra to stay at a nice hotel when we got value for it and they also helped me plan a surprise for my partner for his birthday and set up the room with decorations! Everything nearby, and our favourite coffee spot just down the road!

The one morning we went out for breakfast it was a little bit chaotic and unorganised but absolutely nothing bad to say about the property. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff went above and beyond getting us oriented for our stay in Hanoi. Everyone at La Selva was so cheerful and the receptionist was very resourceful. Highly recommend this central location on visits to Hanoi.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juices, and made to order eggs. The location was fantastic and the room was quiet.

The room was a bit small for the 3 single beds and the bathroom a bit dark.

It was centrally located in the Old Quarter and the staff were attentive and kind. The beds were comfortable, shower was nice, and the blackout curtains helped with getting a good night’s rest.

The breakfast options were a bit lacking, although the pho and coffee were good. The twin beds, while comfortable, seemed quite a bit more narrow than a normal twin bed.

In the heart of the old city, very close to many attractions.

Everything! Lovely, spacious room with a big balcony, prime location right in the middle of the old city, friendly and knowledgeable staff, convenient add-ons like car service and tours, and great daily breakfast! We got great recommendations for places to eat and things to do in Hanoi, plus all the employees were so attentive and charming, especially Abby! Could not have asked for more, it was the perfect experience!

All the staff are so friendly and hospitable. They help us with all the transfortation that we need, with our luggage, set up our room with another bed and most surprisingly they welcome us with Birthday cake when they found out its my friend Birthday! (Reason why we are traveling). They went above and beyond to make sure our stay is very enjoyable and comfortable. They took care of us even were there for such a short time! I will definitely recommend this place and will come back if I have another chance. Thank you wonderful staff!!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to specially mention Jack who was extremely helpful and made sure we felt at home at La Selva Premium Hotel. His kind help and service made us feel welcomed. We truly enjoyed our stay! The location of the hotel within the Old Quarter made moving around very easy and convenient. We could walk to most places within the Old Quarter.

- Check in experience was very bad. When I entered the room, 3 staff members were sitting and likely eating something in the room - Breakfast was disappointing - Less insulation in rooms - During my stay, room was changed to a better room but both rooms had faulty showers, they just didn't throw water

The location is great, and the staff are very nice. They kindly provided me with an early check-in, which was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable.

This time the room had no windows which I didn't like. Also the breakfast was not as reach as I remember and the breakfast hall was too hot to sit

I like the service all the staffs provided. Esp Abby in the reception who suggested place and restaurants for us to go to. And everyone helps us with everything we needed.

I had a truly wonderful stay at La Selva Premium Hotel. The receptionists were fluent in English, respectful, professional, and always eager to assist with any queries. They consistently made sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel very welcome. The restaurant staff were equally accommodating, and the food was delicious—especially the à la carte options like the pho, which was excellent. Our room was extremely clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was fantastic with a nice view of Hoàn Kiếm Lake. The hotel’s location is perfect; each morning, I enjoyed jogging around the lake, i am so happy to see many older Vietnamese people doing their morning exercises with joy. The area is also surrounded by good restaurants and cozy cafés, and it’s just a short walk to the Old Quarter. Overall, La Selva Premium Hotel is a great place to stay, and I will definitely come back next time.

Hotel is in a great location. I stay in this area every time that I travel to Hanoi (about 1 time per year). It's close to the lake and close to the old town. Easily accessible. Has the potential of being noisy because of location, but the double glazed windows and thick walls do a good job keeping the noise out. The hotel was great - very friendly and helpful staff (e.g. when I checked in, they asked about my departure which was planned to be at 6 a.m. four days later. Without being asked, the person I was dealing with said, "our breakfast doesn't open until 6:30 so I'll ask them to prepare something to take with you to the airport." In my experience, this is usually something you have to request, not a spontaneous offer on the part of the hotel!). My favorite rooftop bar where I like to end the day is just next door in their "sister" hotel.

Ms Thao, hotel receptionis plus others was so courteous helpful. Her well sneaking in differ languages was exceptional helpful,

The location in the middle of the old quarter was excellent. You are close to shops and restaurants. Also, most tours pick up in Old Quarter only. We stayed at the hotel three times for two nights each. When we went off on our Ha Long Bay and Sapa trips in between the stays, we were able to leave some of our luggage at the hotel. The staff also helped us organize a driver for the day and offered us tours for the time we were in Hanoi. They also organized laundry services.

Great location right in the Old Quarter close to shops, cafes, and restaurants. Also, tours pick up at the hotel.
